Why choose King's Cleaning?

 Not all cleaning companies are created equal. Just ask the right questions. How long have they been around? Are they real people running a family owned business? Are customers satisfied? If not, steer clear!!! Do they have the lowest rates? If so, chances are their cleaning quality is lower too.

I want on going service. How does it work?

We start by doing a one time deep Start Clean after wards you have the option to schedule a discounted recurring service on a regular day/time with us. To get started, please submit a quote request on our website, or contact us by phone: 812-972-5416.

Do I have to be home when you clean?

No! In fact, we prefer you run your errands, work, or have fun with friends before returning home to a sparkling clean house.

What if I'm not completely happy with the cleaning?

Your happiness is our happiness. If the job isn't done to your satisfaction, just leave it as is, and call us. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction is complete.

What if I have to cancel my cleaning? 

We all know life happens, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please be sure to provide a full business day's notice. if less notice is given, the late fee is $25 if you reschedule to another day. If the appointment is skipped or cancelled altogether, the fee is 50% of the entire cleaning cost.

Do you use earth friendly products/cleaners?

Yes! We use Mrs. Meyer's cleaning products that are included in your cleaning. For more information please check out their web page:Mrs. Meyer's    Have allergies or prefer to use your own cleaners? Let us know during the initial cleaning and we will adjust your rates accordingly. 

What is the minimum hours I can schedule a cleaning? 

Obviously, it is based on the services provided to you. However, we do have a 2 hour minimum to make it worth our time and yours.

How do I prepare for my cleaning?

It is customary to pick things up off the floor and de-clutter counters and surfaces within reason. This allows us to focus on the dirt and grime. Dirty dishes are considered part of your daily chores unless you have asked that we clean those for you. Please do not leave on counters or in sinks.
